If any Pai product isn’t right for your skin, you have 30 days
to return it to us for a full refund.
We’ll even cover the return postage costs.

I don’t want anyone shopping with Pai to go through the stress and expense of adding yet another product to that “can’t use” pile – which is why we offer all customers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
This gives you the chance to properly trial Pai products to see how your skin responds. If they’re not quite right we’ll exchange them for something that is, or give you your money back."
How to return a product
Terms & Conditions of 30 Day Guarantee
1. Refund of outward delivery charge excludes express expedited shipping and couriers.
2. Please use standard post to return items to us. We will refund the cost up to a maximum of $6.
3. Guarantee may only be used once per product and once per order. e.g. if you order our Echium Eye Cream, you can return it once for a refund or exchange under the Guarantee.
4. This guarantee is valid for consumers and is not valid for business purchasers. Instead, please contact our Business Development team if you have a business related requirement.
5. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please return it to them.
6. Excludes Trial sizes, Gift Sets and non-cosmetic products such as Muslin Cloths. These items are covered by our standard Returns Policy.
7. For the return of a promotional purchase* please note that you will only qualify for a full refund if the gift with purchase is included with the return. We are happy to deduct a percentage cost of the free product/s from the refund should you wish to keep them.
*For the return of a Black Friday purchase please note that 1 product can be returned for a refund but a proportion of the free gifts will be deducted.
